For events the deposit to confirm your booking is 30 percent of the full package price (for bookings over 12 month in advance 50 percent). The remainder is due four weeks before the event takes place.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. If you prefer PayPal, zelle is available.
In case you cancel you will not receive your deposit back. This covers any loss in the form of lost bookings and eventual cost already arisen before the actual session. However, we understand that unforeseen events can happen, so we try to work on alternatives if possible – e.g. find a new date for a session.
Normally we charge travel fee if our travel time exceeds 70 miles (one way). We will make sure that in case there would be costs due to travelling, that we point it out right away so you consider it in your budgeting.
We shoot with professional Canon equipment, including full frame cameras, prime lenses as well as external lighting. We always make sure bring backup equipment in case something should not work as expected. If you are interested in more details let us know, but we rather recommend to look at our work and see if you like the results.
You will be provided with edited images only. Each picture is carefully handled and will be a representation of our work. Be sure to look at our portfolio and that our work and style are a good match for you.
We go thoroughly through all the images we take during a session and will take out the obviously unusable ones in a first step. We also reduce the amount of duplicates so you can enjoy only the best of the best images.
If your selected packages includes digital files you will receive reproduction rights to all your images. This gives you the right to reproduce the images for personal use, so you can use them for prints, sharing them on your social media, making canvases, etc. Commercial use is not allowed if not separately agreed on. The copyright of the images will with the photographer.
The Photo Session
We do outdoor photography sessions, indoor shoots, we love to explore cities, go on hikes with you and can shoot (almost) everywhere you might come up with. The best places are where you feel most comfortable so you enjoy the session as much as possible.
Newborn, 1 Year and younger is usually in my studio. (Additional fees if traveling to your house)
Good mood is the most important thing 
Make sure you have enough time to prepare beforehand so you are not stressed, comfortable cloth fitting the season and be open to venture out. With kids it helps to bring something to drink and some little treats to make it easy for them as well. We can go through specific questions before your shoot so we can ensure you are well prepared.

In the case of rain or bad weather we will have to improvise! Sometimes that means finding shelter or finding other creative way to capture the moment. If the weather is potentially damaging to our equipment we will be restricted to areas that we can safely shoot. Bad weather is not a reasons itself to cancel a session, but if possible we’ll try our best to find alternative arrangement – e.g. change locations, wait the weather out. Please note, that there are no refunds due to weather.
What are your rates and how do we go about this? Depending on our availability we can stay additional time. The rate is depending on the kind of event we are covering and the number of photographers on site.

After the Session
A sneak preview will be published on our website within one week after the shooting. The final proofing of the photos takes 4 to 6 weeks for events and 2 to 3 weeks for sessions.
Yes, all our packages come with an easy to access online gallery so you can view and share your images with friends and family. The gallery will be available for a minimum of 3 months after publication.
Yes! For clients who would like to see a small sampling of their photos within the first few days we offer a “sneak peak” that can be viewed our Social Media pages. If you want to share your sneak peak with friends and family you can do so by sharing the post straight to your own page.
A lot of work goes into the images after the actual session is done, and it sounds easier to “just send a few images” than it actually is. If possible we try to provide a sneak peek on social media, but otherwise concentrate very hard to provide you with your images in the promised time frame.
In our editing process we ensure that we have multiple copies of your images at all time. We’ll also store your images for a minimum of one year, but please make sure you store them in a save place as well so you don’t loose them. Printing the final images is of course the best way to preserve them, but we also recommend multiple copies in save places.
In the case that your flash drive becomes damaged or lost, it can be replaced at a $50 charge. However, we highly recommend that you make backups of your images so you preserve them.
Newborn Photography
- I prefer to photograph newborns between 5-10 new days when they are still in that super sleepy, squishy, curly stage. It’s also best to do the session before the baby acne sets in. This is not to say we can’t photograph your baby a bit older, but the ultimate time is during the first weeks.
- Yes! I have a studio at home very cozy, perfectly adorned, professional newborn & baby portrait located in Houston Tx, just 15 minutes from Downtown Houston.
- Studio vs. In-Home Sessions – In order to achieve the consistent image results you see on this website and in my portfolio, newborn and baby sessions are held in my studio. Everything is fully prepared prior to your arrival (multiple sets will be in place). You can relax and enjoy some much-needed rest while I photograph your baby, just feet away.
- Yes! I have everything you see on my website and loads more. My studio has a huge, ginormous collection of high end, hand made headbands, bonnets, outfits, rompers and wraps to name a few. I am constantly updating and purchasing new goodies, only the very best for your child. Your baby’s session will be fully styled based on your color preferences. All you have to do is bring me the baby!
- It’s never too early to book! Newborn sessions should be booked during your pregnancy, the earlier the better as I am usually booked months out.
- By booking your session with me, (paying the deposit) your new baby has priority on my schedule. That means if the baby comes early or late your baby is guaranteed a spot on my calendar. My newborn sessions are limited per month to accommodate the various arrival dates.
- Occasionally, I do have last minute availability. Please inquire if your baby is slightly older as it might determine if you’ll be wanting a newborn or baby session.
- Full newborn sessions take about 2 – 3 hours, this includes wiggle room if we need extra feeding and soothing breaks.
- Once you’re booked and on my schedule you’ll get a link emailed to you that will give you tips and information on how to prepare for a smooth newborn session.
